Job Objective:

  • Supervising the management of human resources operations in Social Insurance, Madad platform, Daleel Platform and contributing to achieving the company’s goal. .

functional task and duties:

Your new role, what’s involved?

  • Implement policies and procedures for annual, sick, emergency and other leaves specified in the company’s approved vacation and leaves policy, apply procedure for promotions, secondment and end of service and record all employee movements in accordance with regulations and approved procedures.
  • Preparing documents and reports related to employee leave, presenting appropriate recommendations and appropriate solutions, displaying them, clarify them, and storing them in its database in accordance with the approved policies and procedures.
  • Updating information related to employees and their vacations by recording and documenting all information related to them in Database.
  • Dealing with requests and inquires regarding employee vacations problems in a professional manner and raising problems if they arise.

Job-specific working conditions:

  • Working on the computer for long periods.

functional relationships:

  • Internal relations.
  • Functional relations with the director of Human Resources Department.
  • Coordinating relations with the rest of the directors of the various departments of the company.

Job Specifications:

  • Ability to lead and supervise.
  • ability to communicate and prepare reports.
  • Ability to make decisions and assume responsibilities.
  • Knowledge of policies and procedure.

Skills, language and qualifications:

  • University degree or experience in Human Resources Management, Administrative Affairs, it is preferable to obtain a specialized certificate in Human Resources.
  • Knowledge in English.
